I very much enjoyed having the opportunity to meet you and to tour Laurel Manor recently. I would like to thank you for taking the time to show me around and answer a few questions. Your facility impressed me as a warm, caring place for families to bring their loved ones and a pleasant working environment for employees.
I am very interested in interviewing for the Rehab Manager position you have advertised. I have had more than 12 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist and have spent the past year working in long-term care. I have worked very closely with our rehab director and have a working knowledge of OBRA, Medicare guidelines, and documentation, as well as managed care contracts, which greatly affect how and what we do in therapy!
